WALL STATION

Strongarm wall stations are ideal for machine or process control applications and are precisely designed to fit your application. Choose between wall mount tabs or thru-holes on the rear of the enclosure for easy installation. Additional options include an inset (recessed) or traditional wedge-style keyboard housing and a standard or aseptic panel-mounted display. NEMA Type 4 and 12 units are fabricated from powder-coated steel, and NEMA Type 4X units are fabricated from either 304 or 316L stainless steel. Built with industrial-grade components for extended use in all industrial environments.

Strongarm can install and integrate all user-supplied components into your system, or we can procure, integrate, and wire any specified components before shipment providing a 100% turnkey installation-ready system.

  • Display sizes range from 12” to 24” and are available with or without touch screens
  • Wall tabs or thru-holes in the rear of the enclosure for quick installation
  • Touch screen options to meet any environmental requirements (See also: Touch Screen Technologies)
  • A variety of keyboard and input devices are available, including Strongarm’s patented stainless steel mouse
  • Standard wedge style keyboard enclosure or inset keyboard minimizing protrusion into the workspace
  • The enclosure is fabricated from 14 gauge steel (NEMA 4, NEMA 12) or 14 gauge stainless steel (NEMA 4X)
  • Aluminum subpanel on the rear door for mounting terminal blocks, computers, KVMs, power supplies, or other components
  • Slotted or winged 1/4 turn latches on the rear door
  • Optional purge systems allow for installation in any Division 1 or Division 2 hazardous area
  • Intrinsically safe, non-incendive options are also available for Class I Division 2 areas
  • IP54, IP64, IP65 & IP66 configurations available
