One RMA Request must be completed for each individual product.

RMA Request Product Evaluation Policy

Products beyond the limited warranty period or products that have sustained any damage that voids the warranty will incur a non-refundable evaluation fee of $125.00*. If the product is deemed repairable and you accept the repair quote, the $125.00 evaluation fee will be waived. The $125.00 evaluation fee applies to any of the following scenarios:

We determine that no warranty-supported issues exist with the product and return your product to you.
Your out-of-warranty product is repairable, but you decline repairs and have the product returned to you.
Your out-of-warranty product is non-repairable, and you decline the replacement purchase offer.

*Failure to pay the $125.00 evaluation fee (when applicable) within 30 days of receipt of invoice gives Strongarm the right to discard and/or recycle your product.
